The European Parliament is seeking inputs and suggestions to foster the use of mediation in civil and commercial disputes. To this end, ADR Center was asked to design a questionnaire, titled Assessing the Impact of the EU Mediation Directive and Exploring Legislative and Non-Legislative Measures to Encourage the Use of Mediation in EU Member States. A report based on the responses to the questionnaire is scheduled to be presented to the European Parliament at the end of November 2013.

This less-than-10-minute questionnaire, available at http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/1382928/Questionnaire, consists of multiple choice questions and proposed solutions to be ranked on a spectrum of usefulness. We would be most grateful if you could complete this simple questionnaire and forward this message to any person interested in contributing to the improvement of EU mediation policy. Please note that all responses will be kept confidential.
