The German Mediation Act

Ruling an informal procedure like mediation becomes a real challenge. Discussing the legal nature of mediation, the applicable law, interpretation of terms leads to queries rather caused than answerd by the law.

The law has been called a mile stone. 10 mile-stone queries are the outcome. Maybe some hints for an update or those who still develop legal rules for mediation.
